Who's eligible for service from the Home Energy Squad?

As a partnership between Xcel Energy and CenterPoint Energy, customers must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for service.*

  1. Home Energy Squad is available to residential customers only.

  2. Customer must be both a CenterPoint Energy natural gas customer AND an Xcel Energy electric customer

    Or

    Customer must be an Xcel Energy natural gas AND electric customer.


* Service area is limited to where crews are available.
